• When you qualify based on your health today, you and your family have guaranteed access to individually owned health/drug coverage in the future, without needing to qualify medically again.

• Your future health coverage (and your children’s coverage, if applicable) is based on your family’s current health.

• Restrictions: You have 60 days to activate your coverage once you lose group health benefits. The option to convert expires at age 65.
